Ordering & Processing Times

• Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment.
• Express Orders: Dispatched the same business day if placed before 1 PM Queensland Time (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time).
• Please note that we do not process orders on Queensland or national public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes & Rates

• • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5-9 business days. International standard shipping is a flat rate of $19.90, with free shipping on orders over $99.

    Shipping Within Australia

    • Standard Shipping: $4.99 for up to 2 items, with free shipping on orders over $59. Delivery takes 2-5 business days.

    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days. Fees will be calculated at checkout based on the deliver

    International Orders

    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5-9 business days. International standard shipping is a flat rate of $19.90, with free shipping on orders over $99.

Local Pickup (West End, QLD) Prefer to collect your order in person? We offer a local pickup option:

• Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
